As the Year of the Dragon unfolds, Pan Pacific Singapore wants to immerse you in an extensive selection of Chinese New Year delights. From 1 Jan to 25 Feb 2024, diners can enjoy an moutherwaterin spread of Lunar New Year delights prepared by this award-winning hotel.
Hai Tien Lo, the popular Chinese restaurant in Pan Pacific Singapore, is offering set menus and take-away treats featuring the finest Cantonese cuisine. Heading to Edge instead? Then get ready for classic favourites. Want something more eclectic? Japanese-inspired Yu Sheng awaits at Keyaki.

What to expect at Hai Tien Lo
Deets: 22 January to 25 February, starting at $128 per person
Think elevated Cantonese cuisine, with unexpected modern twists. This includes Sliced Crispy barbecued Suckling Pig paired with a Fish Roe Sauce. They’ve also put a twist on the classic deep-fried chicken wing. How, you ask? It’ll come to your table, piping hot, stuffed with Bird’s Nest, Fish Maw and Crab Meat. Indulgent or what?
It’s not in Pan Pacific’s style to leave you wanting more, clearly. They bookend this meal with Braised Whole Abalone with Truffles and Sea Cucumbers, and Double-boiled Fish Maw with Bamboo Pith.
These set menus are available for dine-in from 22 January to 25 February 2024.

Ring in the new year with Braised Imperial Swiftlet’s Nest with Lobster and Bamboo Pith ($128 per person). You can also share a Barbecued Crispy Whole Suckling Pig (served in full – $438, and half – $228) among others.
The Yu Sheng
Hai Tien Lo has four different Yu Sheng options, as listed below:
- Abundance Yu Sheng – Whole abalone, lobster, scallops, coral clam, crystalline ice plant and dragon fungus ($228, dine-in only)
- Vitality Yu Sheng – Whole abalone, lobster, smoked salmon and dragon fungus ($228 large, $168 small)
- Double Blessings Yu Sheng – Smoked salmon, crispy silver whitebait and dragon fungus ($128 large, $88 small)
- Nutritious Prosperity Vegetarian Yu Sheng – Crystalline ice plant, vegetarian jerky and garden greens ($98 large, $68 small)
Need to amp up your Yu Sheng game? Add ons such as Boston Lobster Meat, Ten-head Whole Abalone (6 pcs), Hokkaido Scallops (6 pcs) and Smoked Norwegian Salmon are all available.

What to expect at The Edge Pan Pacific

Edge has a specialty Yu Sheng this year, with Roasted Five Spice Whole Suckling Pig on the menu as well. Diners can look forward to traditional favourites such as Peking Duck with Egg Crepes and Braised Pork Belly with Black Mushrooms, too.

What to expect at Keyaki
Deets: 22 Jan to 25 Feb 2024
Looking to celebrate Chinese New Year with a refreshing twist? Try a Japanese-inspired Yu Sheng Platter. Keyaki’s Premium Yu Sheng features Lobsters, Maguro, Sake, Hamachi, Ikura and Uni. Not fancy enough? They top this off with gold and silver flakes, so you can toss in style. This is at $388, feeds 6 to 10 people.
They also offer a Wafu Yu Sheng, which includes sashimi versions of Maguro, Sake, Hamachi, Salmon, Yellowtail and Tobiko, along with jellyfish and shredded pumpkin. This is priced at $168, feeding up to 5 people.
Both options are only available for dine-in, during lunch and dinner.
